  Expect multiple days of being active outdoors — hiking (sometimes on rough terrain), kayaking and rafting. Weather can also vary: heat, humidity, rain, cooler temps. You should be in general good health and prepared for being active outdoors for multiple hours at a time, for multiple days in a row.

• Presence matters
  This isn’t a passive experience. We ask you to show up fully — physically, mentally, and in how you relate to others.
